Cancellation / No Show Policy in Quincy MA
If you have an appointment, this time is reserved exclusively for you. In the event that you must cancel your appointment, we require a 24-hour advance notice. This is a courtesy to our staff members and allows us to better accommodate the needs of other clients.
Late Arrival Policy
Arriving late will deprive you of valuable service time. As a courtesy to the next guest, your treatment will end at the time originally scheduled.
Customer Responsibility
Brown Family Chiropractic operates strictly as a wellness center. Inappropriate behavior or language will result in immediate termination of the session with FULL payment due. Such incidents will be reported to the proper authorities.
Privacy
Your personal health history and session notes are kept confidential in your file and will not be shared with others unless requested by you. Copies of your file will be provided upon written request. Additionally, your email and home address are used for the purpose of notification concerning policy changes, updates, and special offers.
